DISPOSE OF UNUSED MEDICATIONS

A Drug Collection Unit is located on the first floor of the Borough Building.  The building is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5 pm.

The following types of medications are acceptable:

• Prescription Drugs and Patches
• Prescription Medications
• Prescription Ointments
• Over-the-counter Medications
• Vitamins
• Samples
• Medications for Pets

The following are NOT accepted:

• Hydrogen Peroxide
• Inhalers
• Ointments, lotions and liquids
• Needles (sharps)
• Thermometers
• Medications from Businesses or Clinics
