  1. Public Hearing via Call-In for Conditional Use Application for 418 Beaver Street

    September 8, 2020, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

    The Borough Council of Sewickley will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 8, beginning at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider the conditional use application of AE Works for a mixed use at 418 Beaver Street, Sewickley PA, to provide for professional office space in a newly-constructed second floor, with retail use on the ground floor. Professional office space is permitted as a conditional use in the C-1 General Commercial District in the Village Overlay, provided the conditions in the Borough’s Zoning Ordinance are met, as well as other conditions as may be required by Borough Council. In light of the emergency declarations set forth by the Governor and the guidelines contained in the Governor’s Reopening Plan for PA, the special meeting will be held via call-in.     Sewickley Borough Council will conduct a Public Hearing on September 8, 2020 commencing at 7:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to take public testimony on a proposed amendment to the Borough’s Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, Ordinance No. 1373, relating to Road Construction Design Standards. Following the public hearing, Borough Council will take action on the proposed amendment.
